Meeting & Awards Celebration on January 26, 2018.  This yearly event is an opportunity to celebrate community stakeholders, nominated by you!

My nomination for Large Business of the Year is:

The 2017 NCC Large Business of the Year award recipient will represent a large business that has distinguished itself in the Napa business community through innovative growth and sustainability, creative best practice operations, and maintaining high customer service standards.  Community collaboration also plays a key part of their successful business model.  This award recipient is an industry leader who creatively "makes a difference while also making a profit." 

2016: The Large Business of the Year Award recipient went to Redwood Credit Union
2015: The Large Business of the Year Award recipient went to Oxbow Public Market.
 
My Nomination for Small Business of the Year is:

The 2017 NCC Small Business of the Year award recipient will represent a small business that has distinguished itself in the Napa business community through innovative growth and sustainability, creative best practice operations, while maintaining high customer service standards.  Community collaboration also plays a key part of their successful business model.  This award recipient is an industry leader who creatively "makes a difference while also making a profit."

2016: The Small Business of the Year Award recipient was Alexis Baking Company.
2015: The Small Business of the Year Award recipient was Heritage Eats.
 
My Nomination for Customer Service Person of the Year is:

The 2017 Customer Service Person of the Year is the understated member of an organization/business who consistently delivers and maintains the highest level of customer service.  This individual creates a competitive advantage for your company or business.  This award honors those who consistently go the extra mile to provide the absolute best customer experience, and help distinguish "great" businesses from "good" businesses by always going above and beyond. 

2016: The Customer Service Person of the Year Award recipient was Toni Chiappetta of Sweetie Pies Bakery.
2015:  The Customer Service Person of the Year Award recipient was Don Rickard, Owner/Operator of Platypus Tours was the winner.
 
My Nomination for Member of the Year is:

This award is in its 3rd year of existence and goes to the individual, business or nonprofit employee/organization who demonstrates tireless passion and vision in promoting Napa's business and charitable community. To be considered, CURRENT membership is necessary.

2016: The Member of the Year Award recipient was Justin-Siena High School.
2015: The Member of the Year Award recipient was Greg Cole of Cole's Chop House.

Voting will open on Monday, December 11, 2017, with winners announced at the 129th Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon on January 26, 2018, held at the Marriott Napa Valley Hotel.
